I have used the open studio site, and visited several studios, particularly in St Ives, Cornwall and also around Surrey & Kent. I've found this to be a wonderful weekend antidote to the inevitable stress and fast pace of social work. Plus if you are at all artistically inclined it can provide you with ideas, encouragement and support, for personal projects (or even -dare I say it- a change of career, depending on your perceived stress levels!). Thanks for including 'other interests' on the site, it's a great idea - we all need other interests!
