		<description>Thanks for this, a very useful diagram. I have printed it out to remind me to look after my posture whenever I sit at the desk. Only four stars though, as would be nice if someone worked out a correct sitting position for using a laptop on a desk. I always find this uncomfortable after a while, and end up reverting to the comfy couch, guess that&#039;s why they call it a laptop! Of course the joys of being an Independent Social Worker include having a comfy couch on hand, thankfully!</description>
